A Luxury Villa Transformation Currently Under Construction in Siem Reap
At Luxe Property Cambodia, we are currently transforming an existing property in Siem Reap city centre into a fully redesigned luxury private villa.
This project is still under active construction and currently around 30 percent complete, with structural expansion and major groundwork already underway. The images shown throughout this project represent the development progress so far and not the final completed design.
Situated on approximately 600sqm of land in a prime central location, this villa is being completely reimagined into a modern luxury family home featuring resort-style outdoor living, bespoke architectural details, and western-standard construction throughout.
Rather than demolishing the original structure entirely, the project involves extending the existing building both left and right to dramatically increase the living space while maximising the site’s potential.
